‘Gone from Memories’ producer Ali Tahvilian has reported of the likelihood of the new series to be aired in Iran during the month of Ramadan.
According to Tahvilian, filming for the series has concluded for a while now with the series currently going through the editing phase.
The story takes place in 1940s Iran, when a young girl, unfamiliar with the state of the country along with the customs and traditions, endures a severe crisis and upon gaining insight into the true meaning behind the traditions and behaviors reaches an inner peace and eventually settles down.
Parts of the historical series, which is about the life of Khosro (Hossein Yari) and Mehrbanou (Helya Emami), also covers the decree banning all Islamic veils issued by Iran’s monarch of the time, Reza Pahlavi.
Directed by Bahram Bahramian, the series will feature actors Hossein Yari, Hossein Pakdel, Helya Emami, Mitra Hajjar, Pouriya Poursorkh, Bita Farahi, Kamran Tafti, Leila Boloukat, Sima Tirandaz, Mehdi Solouki, Reza Yazdani, Rasoul Najafian, Aliram Nouraee, and many more.
